Pennsylvania residents who may have been victimized by a scam involving the purchase of tickets to events and concerts are being asked to contact the state’s top law enforcement official.
Attorney General Josh Shapiro recently announced a settlement with Ticket Victory, a business owned by Brian Plowcha, and based in Indiana, PA.
Ticket Victory operated from 2015 until 2018 and offered fake tickets online without delivering legitimate tickets to customers.
The agreement provides over $10,000 available for victim restitution but those who believe they have been scammed by Ticket Victory need to file a complaint with the Attorney General’s office by September 21st.
