Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a firearm that was stolen earlier this month in Clearfield Township.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, at least one unknown person broke into a car on McLafferty Road sometime between Thursday, April 1st and Saturday April 3rd. Police say that the suspect then stole a firearm that was located in the vehicle.
Officials describe the gun as a black Ruger 380. Anyone with information about this theft is asked to call the Butler barracks of the State Police at 724-284-8100.
