Authorities are continuing their search for a Summit Academy student who fled the facility earlier this weekend.
An alert was sent out by the school just before 10:30pm on Saturday regarding the escape. Officials are searching for a student who is described as a white male, approximately 5’10” tall, and was wearing orange clothing when he left the facility.
Nearby residents were also asked to secure their vehicles and homes. If you have any information regarding the student’s whereabouts, call 911.
