The Butler Area Sewer Authority is making a change in their schedule of fees, but officials say customers won’t see any rate increases.
At their public meeting earlier today, board members voted to increase some legal fees—mainly in regards to forms with the county prothonotary’s office.
But, the sewer authority’s executive director said customers won’t see any changes in their monthly bill.
There was also no action taken on the ongoing negotiation with Pennsylvania American Water.
The Butler Area Sewer Authority is made up of members appointed by the City of Butler and Butler Township.
