It’ll cost more to attend Butler County Community College next school year.
The college board of trustees approved a tuition hike this week of $5 per credit for the 2019-2020 year.
Full-time students (which means they’re taking between 12 and 17 credit hours per semester) will be charged a flat rate of $1,770 per semester. That’s a $60 increase over the full-time rate for last school year.
Butler County residents taking less than 12 credit hours of more than 17 per semester will be charged $118 per credit hour. If a student doesn’t live in Butler County but still lives in Pennsylvania, the credit-hour rate jumps to $218.
The out-of-state and international rate jumps to $318 per credit.
