Butler County Community College has been ranked as the number one community college in Pennsylvania for a ninth time since 2015.
BestColleges.com recently named BC3 as the top accredited Community College in the state in 2023.
“It all starts in the classroom,” Dr. Nick Neupauer, BC3’s president said. “And that excellence in the classroom, in a teaching institution that is student-centered, is at the core of all of our successes.”
BC3 was also named number one by BestColleges.com and two other ranking publications eight other times in the past eight years.
The report used data from the U.S. Department of Education in order to rank schools based on academic quality, affordability, and online competency.
BestColleges.com publishes information to help students make educational decisions and find schools that best fit their needs through research, guides, and rankings.
“To consistently rank highly with BestColleges is a strong indicator that a college will provide high-quality education at a great value,” Danika Miller, BestColleges editor said. “A top-ranked school has a variety of programs, positive student outcomes, financial aid opportunities and support for students as they move on to their next step.”
