BC3 golfers capture another championship/Downing wins individual title

The Butler County Community College golfers captured their 13th Western Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference Championship last Saturday. It is the Pioneers ninth title since 2013 and head coach Bill Miller was named conference coach of the year for the ninth time in that span as well. BC3 went a perfect 12-0 in the fall season. Butler graduate Xander Downing won the WPCC Individual championship by two strokes at the event played at The Links at Spring Church in Apollo. BC3’s Cory Voltz was the runner-up.
