Butler County Community College will continue its ‘Lunch and Learn’ series this week with a program focusing on generational differences in the workplace.
The program is set for Wednesday in the NexTier Bank Building, which is located on East Diamond Street in Butler. Catering will be provided by the Chop Shop.
BC3 President Dr. Nick Neupauer will lead a discussion about different generational characteristics and preferences that can affect workplace relationships such as communication styles and need for feedback.
