Roofing repairs are now underway on the main campus of Butler County Community College.
The repairs are much needed, BC3 officials say, as some buildings have began to start leaking water.
The roofing repairs are a part of deferred maintenance projects that will cost about $350,000. The project is being financed in-part through money the college will save by re-financing bonds.
BC3 officials say they are not extending their debt, but are re-financing to get a lower rate.
