Butler County Community College is offering more details on a $300,000 grant that will go toward improving their technology.
The college will be replacing 95 switches and routers, along with nearly 200 wireless access points that are nearing the end of their lifespan.
The new devices are expected to last 10 years and will help improve overall network speeds and security.
BC3 was selected among 12 grants that the Department of Education awarded to Pennsylvania community colleges.
