Betty L. Williams

Betty L. Williams, 86, of Chicora passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 2nd, 2023. She was born in West Freedom, PA on July 1st, 1936 to the late Harry and Rhoda (Keefer) Stewart. After graduating high school, she completed her associates degree as a beautician. Betty was known for her beautiful smile, her wonderful personality, and the love for her family and friends. She took tremendous pride in her family and raising her children. Betty was loved and will be forever missed. She was the mother of Rita (Bill) Perkins, Jeffrey (Diane) Olson, Sandra (Greg) Kirchner, and David (Tracy) Olson; sister of Irene “Babe” Alworth and Susan (Roger) Crick. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Larry Williams who passed away March 29, 1984; her siblings, Jane Alworth, John Stewart, Cliff Stewart, and Alice “Toot” Kirschler, and one grandchild.
