A rural road in Summit Township is on the books to undergo repairs in order to increase access to homes in the area.
County commissioners gave approval to an agreement with an engineering firm for plans to reconstruct Binsey Road.
Officials say the road is currently tar-and-chipped, but offers limited access to school buses, garbage trucks, and emergency vehicles.
The funding for reconstruction will come from CDGB grants.
