Healthy community members are encouraged to help a critically low blood supply through participation in several upcoming blood drives.
The American Red Cross drive is coming up tomorrow (Wednesday) from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Butler VA on North Duffy Road.
Other collections are planned for December 10th at Center Presbyterian Church in Slippery Rock as well as December 15th at VFW Post 7376 in Saxonburg. Anyone who donates at these drives will receive a $10 Amazon.com e-gift card as well as the chance to win a private screening of the new film Matrix Resurrections for 50 people.
Anyone able to donate should make an appointment through the website of the American Red Cross, the Red Cross Blood Donor App, or by calling 1-800-RED-CROSS.
