The City of Butler Parks, Recreation Grounds, and Facilities Authority is moving forward with once again hosting games for at least one team in the Tri-State League.
After considering offers to join other leagues next season, the Authority is sticking with keeping the BlueSox in the Tri-State League.
The Authority owns the BlueSox and would like to see them again play 18 home games at Michelle Krill Field at Historic Pullman Park. In order to maximize revenue, the Authority is encouraging the league to schedule games on different days and minimize doubleheaders.
The full Tri-State League schedule is expected to be released in February.
