The Butler BlueSox capped off their longest road trip of the season in winning fashion on Saturday, as they swept the Champion City Kings in a double header.
The Sox won the first game by a final of 5-3, and the second game by a final of 5-4. Kristian Webb collected three hits in Game One and Knoch graduate Chris Law came through for the Sox late in each game, as he scored a combined two runs.
The BlueSox return home on Sunday, as they host the Champion City Kings in a two game series that continues on Monday. Sunday’s first pitch is scheduled for 4:05pm.
