Police are investigating after a woman was found in a pond in Cranberry Township Thursday morning.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center around 8 a.m. for a woman that was discovered in a pond located inside Cranberry Woods, near the MSA building.
Police say that the woman was taken to the hospital where she later died.
The investigation is ongoing; police say if there’s any additional information they will let our newsroom know.
