Bowl game preview – New Year’s Eve and Day

College Bowl games this weekend include the College Football Playoff national semifinal games tonight.
–#1 seed Alabama will face #4 Cincinnati in the Cotton Bowl. Kick-off is 3:30pm
–#2 seed Michigan will meet #3 Georgia in the Orange Bowl. Kick-off is 7:30pm.
The winners will meet in the national title game Monday, January 10th.
Also today –
–Wake Forest and Rutgers play in the Gator Bowl. Kick-off is 10am.
–Washington State and Central Michigan meet in the Sun Bowl at noon.
New Year’s Day games:
–Penn State and Arkansas play in the Outback Bowl at noon.
–Iowa faces Kentucky in the Citrus Bowl at 1pm.
–Also at 1pm – Notre Dame and Oklahoma State play in the Fiesta Bowl.
–The Rose Bowl pits Ohio State against Utah at 5pm.
–Saturday night is capped off with the Sugar Bowl between Baylor and Ole Miss at 8:30pm.
