Police in neighboring Mercer County have filed charges against a Butler County woman following their investigation into a hit and run crash that occurred last week.
According to Grove City Police, a collision occurred in the area of East Main and South Broad Streets last Thursday (5/4) just before 1 p.m.
Following their investigation, police determined 73-year-old Karen Hedglin of Boyers failed to stop for a red light and crashed into another vehicle before leaving the scene.
Charges against Hedglin include Careless Driving, a Red Light violation, and causing an Accident Involving Damage to an Attended Vehicle.
