The Butler Area Public Library continues to present activities and programs for all ages during this upcoming week.
Families will have the chance to have fun and learn at a Teachable Moments workshop on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the YA Zone. The WQED Education team will show a short video and lead related activities. Space is limited and registration is required.
Tweens and Teens are invited to participate in a Mario Kart Racing Tournament on Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. in the YA Zone. Advanced registration is required by Tuesday.
Adults can learn more about the history of a local road through a presentation on Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the Basement Meeting Room. Former local teacher Steve Cicero will discuss the history of Route 8.
Finally, the library will host an attorney with Neighborhood Legal Services for a Protection from Abuse Filing and Procedure Presentation on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the Basement Meeting Room. Registration is required by contacting the library.
