Butler City Council will not raise taxes as they have approved their final budget for 2023.
The total 2023 balanced budget currently sits at just over $10.6 million which is a slight increase compared to last year.
The tax rate for city residents will remain at 44 mils.
This budget does not include any reliance on the sale of the Butler Area Sewer Authority which is expected to occur sometime in 2023.
