Butler City Council is again exploring options with regard to monetizing parking assets.
Tuesday night Council approved a motion to authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for sealed bids for the purchase of the Tier Parking Garage as a base bid.
Alternative bids for the purchase of additional portions of the City’s parking system such as the purchase of the entire City parking system or meter enforcement services will also be considered.
All bids should be received in the Office of the City Clerk no later than 2 P.M. on January 5, 2021.
