The first game of the season had the Butler Girls Varsity Soccer team on the road playing at South Park.
Sophmore Mckenna Robinson Scored on A Penalty Kick when Liz Simms was fouled in the box. South Park evened the score a few minutes later. After Halftime, Liz Simms crossed to Mckenna Robinson for her second goal of the game. Freshman Maci Lineman scored on another Penalty Kick. South Park added 2 late goals, but not before Mckenna Robinson finished the game with her 3rd goal of the game and with a Butler win, 4-3.
The girls play Saturday afternoon at 12:30pm at Villa Maria Academy in downtown Erie, Pa.
