Butler Health System is changing their approach for how people can register for the COVID-19 vaccine.
According to an update, the hospital is encouraging residents to sign up now for a vaccine appointment on a date after their eligibility begins.
For example, if you’re in Phase 1C, you’re eligible for a vaccine starting April 12th. So you can now go onto the hospital’s website and sign up for an appointment anytime after that day.
Currently the state is in Phase 1A of the vaccine rollout plan. Phase 1B begins April 5th; Phase 1C on April 12th; and every Pennsylvanian can get a vaccine after April 19th.
