There is still time to be a part of a local event for remembrance planned for next month.
Butler Health System Palliative Care and BHS Medical Staff are co-sponsoring the first annual Community Memorial Service on Sunday, Nov. 5 in the Auditorium at Butler Memorial Hospital.
This service will include a time of remembrance and education about preparing for holidays after a loved one has died. The evening will also include uplifting music and a performance by a local dance school.
Those interested in having a loved one’s name read in the service and receiving a free Wendell August Forge Memorial Snowflake ornament are asked to register by this Friday.
