A Butler man is facing numerous theft charges following a rash of vehicle break-ins in Butler Township.
Michael Roman, 42, is accused of taking items from multiple vehicles that were parked at 40 separate addresses within the township.
The alleged thefts- which police say totaled over $5,000- happened between September and December 2018.
Township police say there have been multiple thefts from vehicles that have occurred since Roman’s arrest, indicated there are multiple actors stealing from vehicles.
Residents are reminded to take their valuables out of their vehicles, and to always lock their cars.
