A Butler man is facing charges after he allegedly abused a child.
A woman reported 29-year-old Dustin Kepple to State Police after her child returned home to his mother with bruises and swelling in the face.
Kepple is alleged to have beaten the child in a car and then dragged the into a home where he hit the child again.
Alleged text messages between Kepple and the child’s mother indicate that Kepple stated “he was more aggressive than he should of been.”
Charges against Kepple include endangering the welfare of children, simple assault, and Harassment.
