A Butler man is facing a number for allegedly assaulting a family member.
Butler Township Police say 31-year-old Zachary Smith choked a member of their family back on April 2nd.
He is also accused of then hitting that same family member more than once and threatened their life.
Smith is facing charges of strangulation, terroristic threats, assault, and more.
