A man is facing charges after recklessly driving on a busy road in Butler Township.
On December 30 while traveling eastbound on McCalmont Road 21-year-old Colton Hemphill of Butler was driving too fast for the road conditions and lost control of his car.
He hit an embankment on McCalmont road then bounced off and hit another and then hit a tree and rolled over coming to it’s final resting place. Hemphill reported no injuries and the car had to be towed from the scene.
Hemphill was cited for driving vehicle at a safe speed.
