Butler Memorial Hospital is once again receiving high acclaim for its safety from a national watchdog.
The Leapfrog Group gave the hospital an “A” safety grade for achievements in protecting patients from preventable harm and errors.
The grading system is peer-reviewed and fee to the public. The measures are updated each fall and spring.
Hospital officials say they take great pride in the grade, especially in the last three years since the pandemic.
