The Butler Area Public Library will be showcasing a large number of interesting postcards in April and May.
The exhibit is called Connecting through Time and Place, from the Postcard Collection of Laurel Patterson.
This exhibit includes more than 1,100 postcards from across the country and around the world dating as far back as 1907. Visitors will also be able to see how stamps, postmarks, writing styles, and mailing addresses have changed over time.
The exhibit is free to the public and can be found on the second floor showcases and gallery of Butler Area Public Library.
