Butler Township reminds residents that the two week window for fall leaf collection will begin this week.
Beginning Monday and continuing through the week of November 13th, leaves will be collected in biodegradable paper bags that are set out on the same day as trash pick-up.
Only one vehicle will pick up in each area each day so not all bags could be picked up each day if the vehicle is full. The vehicle will be by again the next day to finish picking up the bags that are placed out.
Leaf bags are no longer available for purchase at the Township building but they are available at building supply, hardware stores, and Amazon.
