The Butler Township Planning Commission will wait until next month before issuing a recommendation about a proposed housing development.
After hearing from local developer Joe Gray about his plans for property at 75 Dutchtown Road, the commission tabled their decision until the February meeting.
This proposal is for a cluster development of 62 single family residences on approximately 32 acres that would be called The Oaks at Dutchtown. The commission expressed a hope that several outstanding issues will be resolved by next month such as two retention ponds situated on a utility right of way and more details about storm water infrastructure.
The Butler Township Planning Commission did recommend approval of Gray’s request for a lot line revision of that same property which would create two lots out of what is now three.
