Police were called to Cooledge Street and Route 8 South at 4 p.m. on January 14 for a two-vehicle accident involving a Valley Lines school bus.
The driver of the school bus, 40-year-old David Miller of Butler, was attempting to take a left turn on to Route 8 when the vehicle was struck by 26-year-old Adam Broadie Jr. of Butler.
