A local woman is facing multiple charges following an incident Monday afternoon in Donegal Township.
According to a criminal complaint filed by State Police, 42-year-old Amy Seybert of Butler was found parked in the middle of Chicora Road (Route 68) and fighting with bystanders just before 2 p.m. Monday.
Seybert allegedly became combative with troopers and resisted arrest by kicking a trooper and attempting to disarm a trooper’s taser. She was also found to be in possession of THC oil and a vape pen, according to police.
Seybert has been charged with aggravated assault, driving under the influence, disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.
