Butler wrestlers win Virginia Duals tournament

The Butler Golden Tornado wrestling team won the Virginia National Duals Tournament over the weekend. Butler defeated three teams on their way to the title match. The Golden Tornado then defeated the defending Virginia State Champions Great Bridge 41-26 to win the tournament. Santino Sloboda, Ana Malovich, Kase Chopp, Landon Christie and Ethan Babay went an undefeated 4-0 during the weekend. Levi Donnell recorded his 100th career victory, defeating a returning Virginia State Champion in the process. Butler has returned home and will host Mars Wednesday.
