State police are providing more details about an accident earlier this week when a car crashed into a building.
The one car accident happened Monday just after 3 a.m. in the 100 block of North Main Street in Chicora. Police say a car driven by 38-year-old Bo Murray of Lower Burrell went off the road and struck a stair case at the building.
Murray suffered minor injuries but did not need to be taken to the hospital.
After an investigation, police say Murray was under the influence and incapable of driving a vehicle.
