The Carnegie Science Center is providing kids with a closer look at the science behind the game of hockey.
A new weekly livestream of Science on the Road begins this Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. followed by other broadcast days in March, April, and June.
The Science of Hockey is a 45 minute presentation designed for kids in kindergarten through 8th grade covering topics such as reaction time, chemistry, and forces of motion through science and math demonstrations.
Schools, libraries, and other organizations can book the Science of Hockey and other assemblies for virtual or in-person presentation by contacting the Carnegie Science Center.
