Cassandra Veppert

Cassandra Veppert, 72, of Butler passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2022. She was born in Whitby, West Virginia on September 4, 1949 to the late Frank and Gussie (Cook) Smith. Cassandra graduated from Bohemia Manor High School class of 1967. She enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, word searches, but most of all she absolutely loved spending time with all her grandbabies. Cassandra was known for her kind, loving, and humorous personality. She is survived by her daughter Cindy (Clyde) Wyant; grandchildren Jamie (Brittany) Crookshank, William Crookshank, Paige Crookshank, Dylan (Ally) Crookshank, and Autum Crookshank, and multiple great grandchildren. Cassandra was preceded in death by husband Carl Veppert, brothers, and sisters. Family and friends received on Sunday, March 27, 2022 from 12-1 PM at the SPENCER D.
