It’s another peak alert day for Central Electric Cooperative.
With temperatures expected to hit the upper 80s, the CEC is asking customers to conserve power from 1pm to 7pm.
That can be done by doing chores during non-peak hours, unnecessary lights and electronics are off, and cooking on grills or on stove tops.
Temperatures will continue to rise through the week so be prepared, the advisory could be continued later in the week. For more information go to centreal.coop/beat-peak.com.
