Cecelia M. Beblo, age 88, of Butler, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017, at her residence.
Born in Butler on April 23, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Anna DeRita Angeloni.
Cecelia began her working career as a bookkeeper at The Hub men’s clothing store. She was then employed as the payroll personnel coordinator at Saxonburg Ceramics for 28 years until her retirement. After she retired, she worked for another 14 years at Summit Dairy Queen.
She was a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church and the 55 & Alive of Saint Michael’s.
She is survived by one son, Michael F. Beblo and his wife, Melissa, of Delmont, PA, and their two daughters, Jennifer and Alexis; two daughters, Cheryl J. Cassis, of St. Clairsville, OH, and her daughter, Kaitlyn, and Linda M. Beblo, of Exton, PA, and her daughters Rachel and Alayna; one great-grandson, Eddie; one brother, Francis M. Angeloni and his wife, Faye, of Export, PA; and one sister-in-law, Frances Angeloni, of Butler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard C. Beblo, who passed away February 11, 2017; one son-in-law, Robert Cassis; and one brother, Donald “Dutch” Angeloni.
Friends will be received in the Martin Funeral Home, Inc., 429 Center Avenue, Butler, on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 a.m. from Saint Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church, 432 Center Avenue, Butler.
Entombment will take place at Saint Michael’s Mausoleum.
The Bereavement Group of Saint Michael’s parish will meet at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home to conduct a scriptural wake service.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association.
