Police are investigating after someone stole a cell phone from a patron at a local restaurant.
The theft happened Saturday evening at the Ponderosa at the Clearview Mall.
Police say the victim’s cell phone was stolen from the table while they were eating.
The cell phone is valued at nearly $1,000.
The theft is under investigation; anyone with information is asked to call police.
