The Pennsylvania population is slightly decreasing.
According to new data from the United States Census Bureau, just under 13 million people now reside in the Keystone State. That’s a decline of about 40,000 compared the previous year.
However, Butler County was one of only 14 counties saw growth from 2021 to 2022.
The fastest growing county in Pennsylvania is Pike County—which is in the northeast corner of Pennsylvania.
