A new report from the U.S. Census Bureau continues to show that Butler County is growing.
Over the last three years, Census data shows that Butler has a population growth of over 4,600 people. It is one of only two counties in Western PA that has had a population increase over the last three years.
Butler ranked 7th throughout the state for population growth since 2020.
Surrounding counties Allegheny, Beaver, and Mercer all lost population during that same time frame.
