There is still time to complete the very important task of participating in the U.S. Census.
Although yesterday (Wednesday, April 1st) is known as Census Day because that date is used as a point of reference on the census questionnaire, that is not the deadline for completion.
Those who have not yet entered a response are encouraged to respond by phone, mail, or online since this information determines how much federal funding the state receives as well as representation in Congress.
Census information cannot be used against a person by law and the Census Bureau cannot release information that identifies respondents. Non-response follow-up efforts from census takers will begin April 23rd.
