Central Catholic sophomore Rocco Salvitti is the first-round leader at the 36-hole Tri-State Open being played this week at Williams Country Club in Weirton, West Virginia. Salvitti shot a 5-under 67, one shot better than over Ty Roush of West Virginia heading into today’s final round.
