Central Electric Cooperative is honoring local students with scholarships.
The annual “Good Neighbor Scholarship” winners were announced by the CEC this week.
Ten students were selected to receive a $3,000 scholarship that will go toward their education. Winners were determined based on an application process that looked at community service.
CEC gets the funding for the scholarships from unclaimed capital credits.

- Avah Burke, Penn State University
- Bella Terman, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine
- Kendall Findlay, Slippery Rock University
