Central Electric Cooperative is looking to sponsor high school juniors for a free leadership-focused trip to Washington D.C.
Students will join co-ops from around the country for a fun educational trip exploring Washington’s museums, monuments, and memorials. This will include dinner on the Potomac and live theater at the Kennedy Center.
Those who attend will also be given the opportunity to tour the capitol building with an opportunity to meet their locally elected official.
High school juniors who reside in a home receiving electricity from CEC can apply by February 2.
Students can apply online at central.coop.
