A Chicora man was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital after he was seriously injured in an accident early Sunday morning.
State police say 27-year-old Nathan Carben was driving east on Route 422 near the Mitchell Hill Exit around 1 a.m. when he hit multiple construction lane markers, guide rails, and the concrete barrier in the construction zone before crashing into a parked trailer.
Carben was taken to Allegheny General by helicopter. His current condition is unknown.
