Cody Rose

Cody Rose, 29, of Sarver passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024. He was born in Butler on July 13, 1994, to Carri (Anthony) Swidwa. Cody was employed at GLS Lawn Care Service and most recently at GBL Construction. He was known for being very smart, hardworking, fun, loving and having a big heart. Cody is survived by his mother and his stepdad, Gene. He enjoyed fishing, camping, riding dirt bikes and spending time with his dog, Blaze. Brother of Kylee (Brian) Stevenson and Amber; uncle of Mia and Colt. Cody was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents and his loving dog, Thor. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, from 5-7 PM at the SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 NEW CASTLE RD. BUTLER, PA 16001. WWW.SPENCERDGEIBEL.COM. A prayer service will immediately follow in the funeral home. His mom would like for visitors to wear black and gold as he was an avid Steelers fan.
