While plenty of concertgoers are excited about hearing live music this fall, more and more venues say if you want to go, you’re going to have to be vaccinated.
Live Nation made the announcement over the weekend that starting October 4th they will be requiring proof of vaccine or a negative COVID test—which in Pittsburgh includes the Pavillion at Star Lake.
Stage AE in the North Shore will require either a negative test or vaccination proof starting this week. But, on October 1st vaccines will be required to get into a show.
Stage AE’s parent company AEG said they wanted to make a strong stance on vaccines and hope that more vaccinations will help set the table for a return to live music.
